This event is for
- people who want to learn mahjong but know absolutely nothing about it
- people who know a tiny bit about mahjong and want to learn more
- people who are experienced mahjong players and would like to help new players learn
- people who don’t really want to learn mahjong but want to pretend they play mahjong to post about on their socials
- people who just want to hang out with mahjong beginners even if they don’t necessarily want to play
The event is FREE!
I will bring one set of tiles (which is enough for 4 players).
You are welcome to bring your own tiles but it is not required.
We will go over the names of all the tiles, and we will practice playing a game with open hands and we can all talk through how the game goes and our strategies.
I am also a beginner and am looking forward to learning and playing with other beginners!
