Don’t have anyone to go to EDM shows with? If you are new in the city or the only person in your friend group that likes EDM and you don’t have anyone to go to EDM shows with in Boston, this Meetup is for you. It’s totally FREE to join and come to our meetups.
When we started this group, we realized that many of us were going alone to shows because our friends just didn't care about these amazing artists. It was time for a change!
You will:
- Always have other EDM lovers in Boston to be able to have fun at concerts together with and support your favorite DJs and producers by attending awesome shows
- Meet new people who are as passionate about dance music as you are.
- Have an awesome time!
Whether:
- You love EDM and want to meet other EDM enthusiasts
- You are new in the city and want people to go to shows with
- You want to stay up to date on when the latest DJs will be in Boston and have a cool group of people to go to shows with

First boat cruise meetup of the season! The boat cruises are great because it's a super-friendly vibe and everyone's just there to enjoy the music and have a good time. San Holo is one of my favorite DJs and his sound (future bass) is perfect for a boat cruise.
The best San Holo song is Light (EDM classic), but I also love One Thing, wheels up, lift me from the ground, show me, Honest, and Old Days.

Make sure you get to the dock by 7pm because the boat actually leaves at 7. They start boarding at 6pm. Bar is cash only but there's an ATM onboard.

Odd Mob is coming to Boston! Odd Mob is one of the biggest new names in EDM. Last year they released Losing Control with OMNOM, which was definitely one of the best EDM songs of 2023. And if you're interested in shuffling, this should be a great show to practice, learn, or meet other shufflers.

Chase & Status are coming to Boston! And Hamdi is opening! Chase & Status is probably the biggest name in Drum & Bass right now. If you've been to an EDM show in the past year (basically any genre 😅), you've almost definitely heard Baddadan by now.
Liquor & Cigarettes by Chase & Status is also a banger (switch!)
My favorite Hamdi songs are Counting and Criminal.We'll meet at the bar next door, Broken Records at 8:00pm. Doors open at 8pm and the show starts at 9pm. I'm guessing Chase & Status will go on at around 10:00 and the show will end at 11:30 or 12. They're doing a show at Royale the same night, so they definitely won't go too late. I don't want to miss Hamdi, so I want to be in line by 9pm.

Getting there: If you drive, there are paid parking garages nearby. I'm going to take the commuter rail from South Station to Boston Landing (check the schedule for times).
