We will start off looking at personality types and our default communication styles.

Determine our own personality type
A quick review of the 4 personality types
Based on characteristics learned about the types, try to determine the other group participants' personality types.
Determine ways in which we may interact with them in given scenarios and have them give feedback as to how that approach may be received by them.
Uncover alternative communication strategies that we could use in the same scenarios that may get us closer to our desired results.
