Trip description continued:
This trail is excellent for birding, and hiking, and you'll unlikely encounter many other people while exploring. It is a popular trail with some great views guaranteed at the top, and the trail itself is gorgeous. You will see beautiful blooming spring wildflowers, some bird watching, with a bit of rock scrambling near the top. You'll need to leave pups home — dogs aren't allowed on this trail.
This is not a beginner hike, so you must have some prior hiking experience.
