About us
Boston Singles Trivia and Tavern Nights mixes two reliable things, a good pub quiz and a room full of single people, and lets the rest take care of itself. We meet at taverns around the city, shuffle everyone into small teams with people they have not met, and battle through a few rounds of trivia. Working on a quiz question with a stranger turns out to be the fastest icebreaker there is, because you skip the small talk and go straight to arguing about state capitals.
Teams are remixed regularly so you meet a lot of people over an evening, and the standings are taken exactly as seriously as they should be, which is not very. You do not need to be good at trivia, you just need one decent category and a sense of humour about the rest. Singles of all ages are welcome. Come alone, leave knowing a dozen people.
