BBI #156: Lessons From Alaska w/ Karl Widerquist
Details
Since the early 1980s, Alaska has been paying out a yearly direct cash dividend to its residents from the Alaska Permanent Fund, which is an investment fund for the money from Alaska's oil revenue. Karl Widerquist joins us this week to discuss how the cash dividend model in Alaska can be replicated in other countries regardless of whether they happen to be resource exporters.
