We each have our own perspective on how the world works and how the economy works. These perspectives help shape our political opinions and our desire for change. But our understanding of the world is always going to be incomplete. There is always more to learn. How can we help each other update our beliefs without threatening each other's strongly held convictions?

Basic income is an unfamiliar idea for us to wrap our heads around. It violates many of our assumptions about how the world should work. How can we communicate about basic income without turning it into a fight?

This week, artist Keiko Sono joins Boston Basic Income to discuss the role of art as a medium for exposing people to new ideas and changing people's minds.
