Boston Indies and Alberto D'Agostino preset: Four Shades Of Green: Developing for the Game Boy in 2025!

Despite being over 30 years old, the Game Boy continues to thrive, with new titles, passionate modding communities, and innovative homebrew projects all helping to keep the system alive. In this talk, Alberto will explore the Game Boy’s past and present, its enduring relevance, and his own personal journey of creating and self-publishing a game with no prior game development experience. This session will dive into the tools, challenges, and rewards of bringing new life to a classic console.
