Game Audio Jam Kickoff with Virginia Leo & Game Audio Boston

This time around, we're gonna jam!

For September, we're blessed to have Virginia Leo as our monthly meetup guest speaker! And to spice things up, we'll be hosting an audio-focused jam!

Prior to the jam's commencement, Virginia will give us a talk on game jams, the immense benefits of partaking in them, some general career advice, and a brief intro on her career accolades and future goals. Time permitting, the audience can also ask questions!

Here's how it will work-

Tues Sep 29th 7PM EST - A pre-jam-talk with Virginia. We'll talk about her career, the power of game jams, jam success strategies, and more. Upon the completion of this talk, the jam will begin! Free resources will be unlocked and provided to participants.

Tues Oct 6th 7PM EST - Show & Tell! We'll open up a dedicated channel on our Discord for participants to share their work!

Note: This is an Audio Jam. GAB will provide muted gameplay clips and simple game project templates for audio folks to score, implement, compose music, or provide whatever audio they are inspired to produce within a 1 week timeframe.
