Ukulele Jam in Historic Lower Mills: Easy Beatles
Hosted by Ukulele Union of Boston
Details
• What we'll do
The Beatles wrote hundreds of songs but we will start with the easiest - two chords for Eleanor Rigby and then go from there. Read about it here: http://www.anneku.com/2018/04/10/easy-beatles-jam-session/
Unique opportunity to play music in the former administrative building of the oldest chocolate factory in America. Walter Baker Artist Lofts has a permanent exhibit by the artists in residence. The common room (with temporary exhibit) is on the right-hand side of the front entrance. This is a grassroots initiative to introduce the joy of ukulele to this part of Boston. Location is visible from the Milton-T station (red line to Ashmont, then Mattanpan trolley).
Each jam session (play & singalong) is thematic - with a PDF for download.
