• What we'll do
PRE-REQUISITES:
For all beginners who already know how to tune, feel comfortable holding your instrument and play the basic strums & chords (one-finger chords: C, C7, CM7, Am. Two-fingers: F. And the mighty G7). We always do something different at each of these beginning workshops. [Note: If you don't meet the pre-requisites, please consider taking the 1.5 hour crash course for complete beginners.]
FOCUS TOPIC:
How to approach new song sheets to maximize your enjoyment and ways to switch quickly between chords.

Ukulele + clip-on tuner, own refreshments & snacks (optional to share).

Dr Robert Bekkers has been teaching guitar and ukulele both privately and at various music schools. He is the conductor of the Boston Guitar Orchestra.
