Key 19, The Sun: The Collecting Intelligence. Regeneration. 5th Stage of Spiritu

As we move through our series focusing on the stages of spiritual unfoldment as depicted on the bottom row of the tarot tableau, we reach the 5th stage: Regeneration. This stage is represented by Key 19, The Sun, and the Hebrew letter Resh. Also attributed to this key and letter are the title “The Collecting Intelligence” and the pair of opposites Fertility & Sterility.
It is fitting that we discuss these themes as we can presently see them represented in the growth and blooms that come with the spring season. As always, there is a deeper, inner significance associated with these ideas that we will certainly find when we take the time to look and ponder.

We will explore Key 19 with the help of a reading from The Thursday Night Tarot by Jason Lotterhand. After which, we will enjoy a thoughtful group discussion of ideas and impressions related to the reading and review of the meanings of the key. We will conclude with a meditation on the Hebrew letter Resh from The Book of Tokens, followed by some time for socializing and enjoying some refreshments.
