Bot Builders Meetup: The Bot Lifecycle

As many developers are busy building bots, this session will focus on sharing best practices and practical tips related to actually building good bots.

We'll discuss how bot builders are addressing different stages of the Bot Lifecycle ( http://bit.ly/21dlhnE ).

In particular:

• Spec: customer pain points, scope of bot, target segment, why bots will be relevant to it, etc.

• Scripting: how are they scripting their bot experiences

• Dev & Test: what is the tech stack, tools they're using

• Publish: experiences with publishing and getting approvals

• Promote: how are they promoting the bot

• Analyze: what metrics are they tracking
