## Let's try Boulder's newest restaurant for HH + food!

The Kitchen at East & Co. works with the Boulder County Farmers Market to bring in fresh, seasonal produce to incorporate into the lunch and dinner menu. We will meet in the Fireplace Room. Taste the state through rotating sandwiches served on Kinship baguettes, with options such as the roasted chicken with herb aioli, butter lettuce, eggplant caponata, fresh basil, and housemade ricotta.

Other favorite dishes include a smash burger with local grass-fed beef and smoked gouda, a steak sandwich, a buttermilk fried chicken sandwich, and a clam po’ boy. Also grab an order of the homemade potato chips, whipped feta, lamb kofta skewers, chorizo-stuffed dates, and croquettes with fungi from Jacob’s Mushroom.

The venue also does take-and-heat sheet tray meals. These oven-ready dinners are designed to offer a quality home meal with zero effort. The menu will expand, but right now it includes braised short ribs with pommes purée, and spring vegetables; and roast chicken with asparagus, grilled lemon, and roasted potatoes done a la chef Heston Blumenthal style. Add on a bottle of wine and other accoutrements from the onsite market, and you have an easy and delicious meal to enjoy in the comfort of your own kitchen.
