Drinking coffee you have roasted yourself, and sharing it with others, is one of life's pleasures. Roasting coffee at home offers endless opportunities for tinkering, learning, untangling mysteries, pulling out your hair, acquiring new equipment, and enjoying the aroma of roasting. This meetup is about getting together to share what you have learned on your own roasting journey with other home roasters. We may tour roasting set ups, we may taste the fruits of our own labors, we may ponder the mysteries of second crack. We may even explore opportunities to create a shared roasting facility. All possibilities to be explored on a monthly basis at rotating locations around the area.
