A Foundational QiGong class designed for beginners who have never done QiGong before. You will learn how to stand and move with less tension, how to relax into your being, and how to feel and move energy inside of you.

The class begins with a warm up to get the body flowing, and then we get into learning foundational movements for the day. In the class we build to learning a full QiGong form if you stick around!

Weekly Every Monday at North Boulder Park (meet at the basketball courts)
