Featuring special guest, and Certified Fitness Trainer, Basia Majdak, sharing fitness and walking tips, including activating core muscles and appropriate mechanics (she is awesome). We will start at Amante Coffee, for a brief overview of natural nutrition options and sampling (including Moringa Oleifera). Bring a water bottle and wear appropriate layers/footwear for a walk around Wonderland Lake, looping around Foothills Community Park, then back to Amante. The weather forecast looks good, with temperatures around 40 degrees and sunny/partly sunny skies. The walk is a little over 3 miles. For those of you interested in continuing your health and fitness resolutions beyond January, you will have an opportunity to discover additional support, accountability, and fun (including prizes).
