Welcome to the Boulder Yoga Hikes Group! This group is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts looking to combine their love of hiking with the mindfulness of yoga. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or just starting out, join us for gentle yoga sessions followed by scenic nature hikes in the Boulder area. Connect with like-minded individuals, deepen your yoga practice, and embrace the beauty of Colorado's great outdoors. Beginners are welcome! Let's explore, stretch, and grow together. Join us for an unforgettable experience that combines fitness, relaxation, and community.

Yoga and hikes are led by Debbie Asmus, 500 CYT, Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. She is trained in yoga instruction, basic first aid and well versed musculoskeletal injuries and ailments. Events will occur seasonally on a monthly basis at a minimum and are free for Colorado residents.
