Looking to make new friends in Boulder, CO? Yeah me too. I moved here in the fall and it is real tricky to meet new friends in a new town. I've done meetups and generally like them, but when they're focused on a topic or activity, I find I don't make enduring relationships there. So that's the purpose of this one. Even if you've lived in Boulder for years, if you want to make new friends, that's what this is for.
We'll do activities, or just hang out at a bar or get Saturday morning coffee, depends on what people want to do. So far it's mostly a monthly happy hour, but I know some new friendships have already formed out of this group. I love how welcoming everyone has been.
Since the goal is friendship, you don't need to worry about showing up alone and not having anyone to talk to. I'll welcome you in and make sure you're a part of the conversation. But you'll probably find a friendly face before you even get to me. :)
