Details
The Ride:
- Heil Valley Ranch: Overland Loop is smooth and flowy, Wapiti and upper loops are steeper and rocky. We'll split into groups.
- Aerobic Difficulty: 5/10, Technical Difficulty: 4/10
- About 8 - 10 miles and 1,000 ft of climbing depending on route
- ā” e-Bikes are permitted on this ride for folks experiencing disabilities. See Boulder County regulations for more details.
Trails and Ales:
- Coed intermediate/advanced ride exploring trails across the Front Range, come explore, meet other riders and stick around for the post ride hang!
- Weāll split into 2-3 smaller groups according to desired pace
- No drop ride ā we stop at all intersections and wait for all!
Housekeeping:
- Please sign up on Meetup. By signing up for this ride, you agree to our Waiver.
- Meetup page will be updated with weather conditions - please check prior to the ride for the most up to date information! Event will be cancelled if there is inclement weather. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for a timely departure!
- All riders MUST wear a helmet and close-toe shoes, bring water and food, and have a trail-ready bike.
- Riders should carry basic tools: a spare tube, pump, tire lever, chain tool and Allen wrenches.
- All riders ride at their own risk, group leaders take no responsibility for rider safety/injury.

- The Boulder Mountainbike Alliance is a volunteer-run, membership-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. BMA's mission is to serve as a positive voice for mountain biking in the greater Boulder Colorado area by improving the trail experience for all users through skill clinics, social rides, events, advocacy, and trail building.
