Hello food and wine lovers!
Our 2015 Summer PopUp Dinner is this Saturday at 7pm. This is a high-end experience for discerning foodies! We are reducing our regular price to cover only our cost.
The reduced price for this 7-course dinner is $50, or $75 with wine pairings.
Our menu:
First Course: Artichoke Tapenade Crostini,
Second Course: Organic Mint Gazpacho Fresca
Wine Pairing: il follo d.o.c. prosecco
Third Course: Spiced Kale with Pork Belly, Fig, Manchego, Candied pecan
Wine Pairing: 2010 Emile Byer Alcase Pinot Gris
Fourth Course: Penne Funghi Tartufo
Wine Pairing: 2009 Cino Langhe Rosso
Fifth Course: Yozu Glazed Seabass with sweet corn swirl and beet puree
Sixth Course: Rosemary Crusted Lamb with Honey Thyme Eggplant
Wine Pairing: 2010 Lodi Klinker Brick Farrah Syrah
Dessert Course: Frozen Ganache with Basil Raspberry Coulis
