What a beautiful way to end your busy day – through sound meditation and intention-setting! Let’s immerse ourselves in this moment, allowing the vibrations of sound to reset and cleanse our minds and bodies as we welcome our upcoming days with fresh energy.

Please bring a blanket or pillow for your comfort. Yoga mats will be provided.
