Mesa Trail: Eldorado Springs to Chautauqua - 6.6 miles and 1300 ft EG

We will start this point-to-point hike at the South Mesa trailhead near Eldorado Springs and follow the Mesa trail all the way to the Chautauqua Ranger Station. The hilly and varied trail meanders through forests and meadows beneath the Flatirons and offers beautiful views along the way. You can find more info about the hike on alltrails.

We will need to park three cars at Chautauqua ahead of time, so we can carpool back to the South Mesa trailhead after the hike. Please let me know in the comment section if you are willing to help out with the "shuttle service".

Please bring layers, sun protection, water and a snack for a mid-hike break.
