Meet at the picnic tables near the parking lot.

Katie Arrington (my daughter) is completing her Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Forest Therapy (ANFT) Guide Training this year. Part of her requirements are leading 4 in person forest bathing/forest therapy sessions.

ANFT guides practice heart based relational forest therapy to help guide participants to their own relationship with the forest.

This session only allows for 5 participants, and is totally free. This is not a hike, so any footwear is fine, please let Katie know if you have any questions 310-909-3368
