Rescheduled due to snow/rain
This beautiful out and back trail starts at the Middle St Vrain trailhead at the west end of the Camp Dick Campground (off Peak-to-Peak Highway) and follows the route to Buchanan Pass. The trail offers scenic views of the creek, forests and meadows with wild flowers abound. We will take multiple short breathers and a lunch break at a meadow with some mountain views.

We wait for late arrivals no more than 10 minutes, so please leave early enough to meet us on time.
From Boulder take Olde Stage Rd, Lefthand Canyon Dr, James Canyon Dr and Overland Rd. Turn right onto Peak-to-Peak Highway. After 1.6 miles turn left onto County Road 92 and follow the road all the way to the trailhead at the west end of the campground. Camp Dick is scheduled to open on May 15 this year, so the road should be open also.
Please bring layers, sun protection, water and a snack/lunch.
