Evening Yoga in the Park

Join us for an evening yoga class in Howard Heuston Park! Connect with your physical yoga practice, breath, nature, and community. This class will be slow and stretchy. The sequence is inspired by Dharma yoga, a graceful yet challenging style of yoga. You can expect backbends, inversions, stretches, and some strengthening poses. I offer adjustments and hands-on assists as necessary.

Location: The peaceful setting of Howard Heuston Park. On Southeast corner of the park, under the trees near basketball court.

Cost: $10 per person, paid by cash, venmo, paypal, or zelle.
