Backyard Bluegrass Concert is Back!
Save your spot for Katherine Homes and Last Mile County Club!! The band is made up of a crew of seasoned Boulder County interstellar pickers, covering lots of traditional bluegrass favorites, Alt Country, Indie Americana, and Folk, and of course originals. Katherine Homes is a singer-songwriter/musician. With her previous band, Boxcar Daisies (2009/2010), she opened for notable acts such as Nathaniel Rateliff, Trampled by Turtles, Elephant Revival, Joe Pug, and Emmitt-Nershi Band. She's been humbly compared to Bob Dylan and Emmylou Harris.
You may have heard them at Gold Hill General Store, Roots Music Project, or at your Country Club's Summer Party. They are also featured in this year's Mapleton Hill Porchfest.
These backyard concerts have been so much fun, with time to talk with neighbors and friends, and enjoy the best days of fall. Please join us! All ages welcome!
When: September 18th, Thursday, 5:30pm doors open, music at 6:15pm
Where: 1025 Mapleton Ave, Boulder, backyard.
How: Bring a picnic, wine, and something to share. We'll have some drinks available, too.
Tickets: At the door, $10 per person cash or Venmo. RSVP on this site so you can get updates.
Seating: Outdoors, we have some chairs, but bring a blanket, folding chair, warm clothes.
