What we’re about
Bound to Downtown (Albany, NY) is a social group whose aim is to welcome and socially connect Downtown residents, neighbors, friends, and visitors. We're committed to exploring and experiencing Downtown, as well as sharing resources and information regarding living in Albany. There are no dues charged to join, only whatever costs required at a business for an event.
Where is Downtown, Albany? This is our area of interest: https://www.albanyny.gov/834/Downtown-Albany-Historic-District

See all- ACG After Hours (First Friday!)Albany Center Gallery, Albany, NY
If you like Halloween AND art, you're in for a treat! This is Albany Center Gallery & Discover Albany's annual Downtown art show. Multiple artists contribute to Halloween window decoration and movable murals throughout Downtown. It's something to see!
Last year there was a guided walk to view each of the pieces. I'm not sure if that guided walk is going to happen, but we can meet up at ACG and view what's offered inside the gallery and then take a walk to see the art for on the art path for ourselves. I'm almost 100% sure there will be a map provided. If you haven't visited ACG, you're in for a treat!
This is a FREE event. Please wear shoes you feel comfortable walking around in.

- Beats & Eats MondaysClinton Market Collective, Albany, NY
Come on down to the Clinton Market Collective and enjoy some world-class beats from DJ TruMastr and local eats from Slidin' Dirty!
CMC is located at 11 Clinton Ave (marked as Federal Park on Google); it's a beautiful new space across the street from Olde English Pub. There is plenty of shaded seating to sit around and visit. There are no activities, this is just a great opportunity to take in the evening with friends and neighbors! Maybe a little cornhole, anyone??
