Bound to Downtown (Albany, NY) is a social group whose aim is to welcome and socially connect Downtown residents, neighbors, friends, and visitors. We're committed to exploring and experiencing Downtown, as well as sharing resources and information regarding living in Albany. There are no dues charged to join, only whatever costs required at a business for an event.

Tulip Tour 🌷 at Washington Park
Washington Park, at the Moses/King Triton statue, Washington Park, Albany, NY, USCome check out one of Albany’s seasonal crown jewels: the spring tulips at Washington Park! 🌷 This free 45-minute tour will be led by one of the gardeners. The tour will happen rain or shine so wear good outdoor/walking shoes and come prepared for whatever conditions. Street parking is available near the park and along Madison Ave.
The tour meets at the Moses/Triton statue at the center of the gardens. If we haven’t met yet, I currently have pink hair so I’m easy to find. I’ll plan to be there at 4:45 PM.
These tours are only offered on weekdays in the morning and at 5:00 PM, which might be difficult for some folks to make, but please join us if you are able! The tulips are really spectacular. Check out more information from the City of Albany .
