"Houston's First May Portuguese Meetup!"

Hello, everyone!

Our first Portuguese Meetup this month will be in the third week of this month because the second week will be the day before Mother's Day and Emporio will be having a special event there. So we will be doing it on the following Friday.

For those who don't know, Emporio is a super traditional Brazilian restaurant in Houston. This is how real Brazilians eat at home. Emporio makes you feel like you are in Brazil, eating at your family's house: pastéis, pão de queijo, feijoada e farofa, bacalhoada, estroganoff and much more. You will have the opportunity to drink Guaraná and Caipirinha, the national drink.

Emporio regularly prepares music to complete the evening. We will have the opportunity to listen to authentic Brazilian music with the already well-known Bruno Santana.

We will have fun with conversations, food and the company of Portuguese speakers, which we promise you will not want to miss!

If you arrive early, the restaurant staff knows the group well and will point everyone in the right direction. Just ask for the Portuguese Meetup.
