About us
We're a community for people interested in freediving, whether you're just curious about the sport or already training seriously. The main idea here is simple: we hold each other accountable. Freediving requires discipline, consistent training, and honestly, it helps to have other people who get it. We meet up regularly to share progress, talk about our goals, and support each other as we work toward them. Some of us are chasing depth records, others just want to feel more comfortable underwater—there's room for everyone here.
What we actually do varies depending on what works for the group. Sometimes we meet in person to discuss training routines, nutrition, equalization techniques, or just life stuff that affects our diving. We share what's working and what isn't. If you're training for something specific, great—we can help keep you on track. If you're just exploring the sport and wondering if it's for you, that's great too. We keep things practical and grounded, without taking ourselves too seriously.
The only real requirement is that you care about showing up—both literally and for each other. This isn't a lesson group or a dive club that organizes pool sessions, though we might talk about where people train. It's more about the people and the commitment. If you want to be part of a group that keeps you motivated and honest about your freediving journey, this is the place.
