A reflective workshop in the woods with journaling, meditation and a release ritual.
Removing limiting beliefs is hard and time-consuming. To release them, we first have to understand them intimately, where they come from, how they took hold, and when we began to weave them into our decisions. We can then begin to notice the recurring patterns and the small and large choices they shape. Too often, we walk away angry, frustrated, or sad, carrying the same limiting beliefs into a new context, the next relationship, the next job, the next friendship, hoping for different results. But as long as we leave these beliefs unexamined, the pattern repeats. Running from limiting beliefs may feel easier in the moment, but if we want to loosen their invisible grip on our everyday decision-making, we have to get to know them first.
In this reflective workshop, we will explore the question of how limiting beliefs show up in our lives, how they influence our choices, and how we can begin to let them go. Held in the woods of Forêt de Soignes, this is a space to step out of the city, slow down, and reconnect with yourself in a calm natural setting.
Through guided conversation, journaling, meditation and gentle practices, we will explore what is happening beneath the surface, including self-doubt, fear, negative self-talk, burnout, and the invisible expectations we carry. We will look at the patterns that keep us stuck, and create space to notice what we are ready to soften, loosen, or release.
This workshop is especially for people who feel stuck, burned out, disconnected from their work , or ready to move toward a more sustainable and meaningful path. It is also a space that intentionally holds colored people, LGBTQ+, women and others affected by systemic inequalities , with care and awareness of how racism, homophobia, sexism, and other forms of exclusion shape our lives and work.
