Escape to our Zen-inspired Breathwork session at our Breathwork Oasis in El Segundo. Immerse yourself in guided Zen meditation, Zen breathing techniques, and talk sessions focused on finding your inner balance and peace.

About our instructors
We are pleased to invite Dave Cuomo, a head of practice at Angel city zen center in LA, and Yuki, a Yoga instructor, as our special instructors. They'll be your guides on this exploration. Plus, you'll leave with newfound skills to infuse your personal meditation and breathwork rituals at home.

Dave Cuomo
Dave Cuomo has been practicing Zen since 2007, originally with the Nashville Zen Center under the tutelage of Taiun Michael Elliston. He was a founding resident of the Angel City Zen Center and was ordained by Brad Warner shortly after its opening in 2017. In 2022 he completed a masters in Buddhist Chaplaincy at the University of the West and became a student of Gyokei Yokoyama.

Yuki Noda
Experience the beauty and well-being derived from a holistic approach with Yuki Noda, a model for Shiseido, Apple, Amazon Fashion, Beats by Dre, and more. As a certified RYT200 yoga instructor, she brings expertise in aromatherapy, yoga, lymphatic drainage, and face Lyft techniques. Yuki is also a certified Medical Aroma Advisor in Japan, creating a serene and forest-like ambiance with her expertly curated aromas.
