Across cultures and traditions, the full moon has long been a time to pause, breathe, and turn inward. And there's a beautiful reason for that - our bodies are approximately 70% water, and just like the tides, we are gently influenced by the moon's energy. This is your invitation to use that natural moment to meditate, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
What to Expect . You'll be gently taken through breathing exercises and a calming meditation that meets you exactly where you are whether this is your first time meditating or you've been practising for years.

✨ How to Prepare There's no special setup needed, just a little intention:
- Find a quiet, cosy spot where you won't be disturbed
- Sit comfortably - on a chair, cushion, or the floor, whatever works for you
- Keep a glass of water close by
- Log on a few minutes early to settle in and say hello
- No experience needed - just come as you are 🌿
