We are gathering to slow down, breathe, and find a shared rhythm. This is an hour to set down the day’s pace and settle back into yourself through the warmth of live music and meditation.

Our time together:
Grounding Rhythms: Let the steady beat of the djembe and the soft resonance of the guitar help you arrive and find your seat in the present moment.
Vocal Flow & Chant: We’ll use simple, soulful chanting to connect with our own breath, opening the heart through the natural flow of our voices.
Guided Rest: A gentle meditation journey to quiet the mental chatter and find a deep, inner stillness amidst the sound.
Building Practice: We will share simple, grounded ways to keep this sense of harmony alive in your daily life.

Come as you are. Whether you are feeling energized or a little weary, there is a place for you in the circle. An open heart is the only requirement.
