Why do you get stressed and what does it really do to our body and mind? In this informative session, we will explore what stress is, how it shows up in everyday life, and how it can impact our well-being if left unmanaged.

You will also learn how relaxation techniques - especially conscious breathing - can help you stay calm, centered, and more resilient. Expect a mix of insights, practical tips, and a short guided breath exercise to take home with you ☺️
