Breathe Together, Connect Deeper

Welcome, we're Seraphina Skye and Tieterious, the husband-and-wife team behind Entwined Breath and the humans you'll meet when you come to one of our gatherings in the Cary Triangle NC area. We're both Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT-200) and trained pranayama and breathwork guides, with experience in meditation and mindfulness. We are passionate about helping couples: Breathe together. Connect deeper. Keep choosing each other.

We've been together for more than 20 years, and somewhere along the way we've built a whole life together: marriage, two children, a dog, careers, moves, responsibilities, adventures, growth, and all the beautiful messiness that comes with sharing a life for more than two decades.

We deeply believe: Love deserves our attention, even when nothing is wrong.
Breathe Together, Connect Deeper is a community where couples can step away from the everyday and make intentional time for each other. Our gatherings may weave together breathwork, partner yoga, meditation, mindful movement, meaningful conversation, playful connection, laughter, affection, time outdoors, and experiences that simply feel good to share.

Some gatherings will be grounding. Some playful. Some may feel like a completely different kind of date night. What connects them all is the opportunity to put everything else down for a little while and remember the person beside you.

This isn't couples therapy, and we're not therapists or relationship counselors. You don't need a relationship problem to join us.
