This isn't a casual relaxation session or a self-help group; it's a structured process blending Buddhist mindfulness, Daoist energy practices, psychoenergetic methods like Somato Respiratory Integration, to help you uncover and let go of deep-seated tensions. We use open discussion as a tool, letting reactions, emotions, and thoughts arise naturally, while guiding us to recognize the "space between us", that quiet emptiness where true freedom begins.
The Process: We start with "breath" exercise to ground your energy. Then, we dive into guided exploration: sharing thoughts or tensions, reacting freely, and using gentle psychoanalysis (not therapy—think observing your own patterns like "Why does doubt spike here?") to release emotional/psychoenergetic blocks.
SRI inspires this, relearning the natural waveform that integrates mind, body and energy (prenatal breathing) to realign your body's energy field, dissolving stress without force. Buddhist elements (like the Heart Sutra's "emptiness is form") help you see thoughts, emotions and psycho-physiological tension as passing clouds, not chains. It's trippy, sometimes intense, expect emotional boils or "aha" moments, but no fixed outcomes.
