This breathwork experience combines gentle movement and stretching, breathing rounds with extended exhalations, and guided meditation to bring the client into deep relaxation and contemplation.
Rhythmic breathing has been scientifically shown to change one's brainwave states from beta to alpha and even theta. (Among many other incredible outcomes) In this brainwave state, the brain activity changes, allowing the participant to go into a deeper state of meditation.
