Event Description:
Feel like you’ve been carrying too much? Can’t quite shut off the noise or the pressure? This breathwork session is built for people like you...especially men who want to clear their head, let go of stress, and get back to center.
This isn’t therapy. It’s not about overthinking or talking things out. It’s about using your breath to shift your state...physically, mentally, and internally.
Led by a certified breathwork facilitator and men’s coach, F.J. (Instagram: @fjsbuilttoelevate, @builttoelevatebreathwork), this guided session helps you offload what you’ve been carrying and recalibrate your system.
What to Expect:
• A simple but powerful breath technique to reset your body and mind
• A quiet space to drop in, let go, and reset
• No pressure, no fluff—just a solid experience that meets you where you are
• Optional time to decompress and ask questions afterward
Who It’s For:
Busy professionals who are feeling the weight of the grind, the stress of performance, or the itch for something more...even if they can’t quite name it. No prior breath work or meditation experience needed.
What to Bring:
• Some mats are available but you can bring your own mat to lie down on if you want (yoga mat, towel, etc.)
• Water
• Small towel (optional)
• Eye covers available upon request
• Blanket or hoodie (I prefer a blanket when I do this practice)
• Recommend eating 2 hours prior to the session. If you are hungry just before the session, try and eat something small.
