What is authenticity?
That’s the question I’ve been tackling on my JenAI Podcast (AI for Authentic Intelligence).
I’ve discovered that authenticity is feeling a sense of your own self worth, your own beauty, your own special light, your own creative spark—while also being willing to face your inner shadows, even demons—and slowly becoming more comfortable sharing all of that with the world.
Let's face it, in life...
We learn to perform. People-please. Stay small. Stay “good.”
Stay disconnected from our feelings, our bodies, and our instincts.
And over time, that becomes normal.
Want to interrupt that need to be someone other than yourself?
That's where the BREATH comes in.

CCB is a continuous inhale and exhale through the mouth with no pauses. It may create physical, psychological, and emotional releases that can be unexpected. For some, it opens altered states of awareness.
It can bring up emotion, clarity, insight, creativity, grief, joy, numbness, tenderness—or a deeper, quieter connection to yourself underneath all the noise.
But it takes a safe container to go there and actually meet ourselves with clarity, not overwhelm.
That’s what I hold space for during these sessions.
You are invited to join this 1-hour session including:
- Introduction to CCB and to each other
- A short guided meditation
- 30 minutes of Conscious Connected Breathwork
- Integration time and optional shares
You can go at your own pace. Nothing is pushed. Nothing is forced. You’re always encouraged to listen to your body and what feels right in the moment.
Our breath is infinitely wise. It tends to meet us exactly where we are—whether we’re ready or not—but always in service of truth.
And we already have it. It's ever present.
NOTE:
Please be aware that these practices are powerful and can bring emotions to the surface and cause transformation. While I do my best to create a safe space/container for this journey, it's also vital to check in if it's right for you at this time and know it's important to commit to looking after yourself during the workshop and the days following when release and rebalance may continue. There is never any need to push further than feels right in this session.
Contraindications
It is NOT recommended that you do the Conscious Connected Breathwork if you have heart or blood pressure problems, have a history of psychosis or severe mental illness, or have epilepsy, glaucoma or detached retina.
An alternative gentle heart breathing technique will also be given to anyone who would prefer to use that.
Please message me before the workshop if you have any of these contraindications, or if you have any questions or other concerns.
If you have any medical conditions or are unsure whether this practice is right for you, please reach out before attending. You should not do CCB if you are under the influence of alcohol or mind altering substances.

Jen has always striven to learn about herself and has spent many years participating in various self exploration/spiritual practices to find her own path. That path has lead to an understanding of a special kind of intelligence: Authentic Intelligence.
She experience an acceleration of Authentic Intelligence when introduced to Conscious Connected Breathwork.
Jen is currently 8 months into a 10-month, 400-hour Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator training with Breathing Space, a globally recognized, trauma-informed school. (This group session is part of the course requirements.)
Jen focuses on creating safe spaces for nervous system regulation and Authenticity awareness.
