70 minutes of breathwork. From home. Among men. No small talk, no theory, no esoteric lecture. You log in, we breathe together, you log out — clearer than before.

Structure:
- Short check-in (5 min)
- Technical breathwork instructions (5 min)
- Guided breathwork session with music (35–40 min)
- Integration & brief sharing (10 min)
- Anonymous feedback form (2 min)
What you need:
- A quiet space where you can lie down undisturbed
- A mat, blanket, couch or bed
- Headphones (for the music)
- A stable internet connection
- Camera on (for your safety, so I can see how you're doing)
- Food: Please don't participate on a full stomach. Your last larger meal should be at least 2 hours ago. A light snack is fine.
Who it's for:
- Men in the DACH region and internationally
- German- and English-speaking
- No prior experience needed
- Ideal as an introduction or as a regular practice
Note: Breathwork is an intense physical experience. Not suitable for those with epilepsy, severe asthma, cardiovascular conditions, or acute mental health crises.
