Join us at Meadow Paradise Ranch for an immersive sunset breathwork and crystal sound healing experience, surrounded by open skies, nature, and the quiet presence of horses.
For this session, we’re introducing our immersive sound-off headphones, allowing you to hear every guided breath, layer of music, and cue with clarity — helping you tune out distractions and become fully present in your experience.
We’ll begin with guided, science-based breathwork before transitioning into crystal sound healing as the sun sets, allowing the breath to return naturally and the body to settle into stillness.
