#### 🕯️ What to Bring: note: there are not any supplies at this site so please bring what you need to be comfortable sitting for the cacao ceremony & meditation, then lying for breathwork & the sound bath

• Comfortable, layered clothing
• Yoga mat or blanket to lie on
• Blanket to cover up
• Journal + pen for insights
• Water to stay hydrated
• Eye mask is optional but nice to have
