#### About Courtney Beam - Guest Facilitator

Courtney Beam is the founder of Wander & Flow, an embodied wellness practice devoted to helping people reconnect with themselves through breathwork, mindfulness, and nature-based experiences.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that healing begins when we slow down enough to listen. Through conscious connected breathwork and other body-based practices, Courtney creates spaces where people can step out of the constant pace of the mind and return to the wisdom of the body.

With a foundation in trauma-informed care, nervous system awareness, and embodied presence, she guides experiences that support greater self-trust, resilience, and connection. Whether facilitating breathwork circles, floating meditations, or one-on-one sessions, her intention is to help others remember their wholeness and cultivate a deeper sense of belonging within themselves and the world around them.

By signing up to attend this event I am acknowledging that I have read the contraindications and the waiver and I am accepting these conditions and taking full responsibility for any outcomes.
