### About Your Facilitator
Hi, I’m Steffi – certified Holosomatic Breathwork® practitioner, psychological counsellor, certified coach, mindfulness trainer, and Gestalt therapist.
Holding space for others is one of the deepest joys of my work.
I guide with care, presence, and a deep trust in the body’s innate intelligence.
In my sessions, people often say they feel safe, seen, and deeply reconnected – with their emotions, their body, and their inner strength.
