This is an open, online space to slow down, reconnect, and explore your inner world through guided breathwork and meditation. Whether you’re new to the practice or have experience, you’re invited to join as you are.
Each weekly session combines rhythmic breathing, breath awareness, and intentional guidance to support grounding, emotional release, clarity, and deeper states of presence. These sessions are designed to be both accessible and meaningful, offering structure while leaving space for your own experience to unfold.
The focus is not on doing it “perfectly,” but on learning how to work with your breath as a tool for awareness, regulation, and self-connection.
We close each session with time to reflect, share (if you’d like), and connect with others in the group.
Sunday sessions are offered free of charge to make this practice accessible to everyone.
