What we’re about

Bringing people together to practice the ancient tools of breathwork and meditation whilst exploring the natural world.

With so much of our life online, it’s now more important than ever to schedule quality time away from our devices and bathe in what's truly real.
Modern science is now catching up with what we’ve instinctively known all along - time in nature is essential for our health and wellbeing.

Join me, as we utilise the ancient tools of breathwork and meditation to enhance an exploration into the natural world - right here in London!

I promise you will feel, invigorated, inspired, and have a deep sense of connection to something real and magical.

About me:

"Henry has experienced the transformative effect of meditation and pranayama in his own life and encourages others to develop these vital tools in theirs.

It is an exciting time to be alive when modern science is catching up with the ancient wisdom traditions, demystifying practices, and making them accessible to all who are willing.

Henry is a certified meditation teacher and has also completed his yoga teacher training with a Pranayama focus as well as his Masters of Pranayama certification under the guidance of Himalayan Yoga Master Yogrishi Vishvketu of the Adinãth lineage.

Henry has also studied traditional Yoga (asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation, philosophy), and more contemporary mindfulness and breath work practices with Sadguru, S. N. Goenka, Judith Kravitz, Dr. Itai Ivtzan, Dr. Mark Atkinson and Patrick McKeown amongst others.

His main source of guidance and inspiration come from his dedicated self-practice."
