### Event Overview:

Yoga: Led by Henry, an experienced Yoga instructor and breathwork facilitator, you’ll start the session with a series of grounding and restorative yoga postures, helping you to gently open up your body and mind.

Breathwork: Utilising science-based, ancient wisdom for modern life, Henry will guide you through simple breathing techniques designed to slow a racing mind, relieve anxiety, and change physiological states. This process creates a feeling of calm relaxation, making it the perfect entry into the healing experience of sound therapist Storm.

Sound Therapy: Storm will take you on a transformative sound journey. The harmonious vibrations from Himalayan Singing Bowls will restore your body’s natural frequencies, promoting healing and deep relaxation. With your mind and body in a calm, open state, you will enter this experiential session ready to fully connect with yourself.

### What to Expect:

Welcoming Space: Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted and guided to a comfortable spot in our large outdoor marquee. The session will begin with a brief introduction from each facilitator, followed by the yoga practice. (Please arrive for 6:30PM - 6:50PM so we can start at 7PM sharp)

Integrated Session: As Henry guides you into a calm and open state with his blend of science-based ancient wisdom, you will be prepared to enter Storm's immersive sound healing experience. The sound bath will immerse you in healing vibrations, allowing for deep introspection and relaxation.

Closing up & debrief: After the session, you're invited to join us at a nearby location for a Soulful Debrief. This relaxed gathering offers a chance to further connect, share your experiences, and reflect on the session over tea. It’s a perfect way to deepen the bonds formed during the event and continue your journey in a supportive setting.

About Your Instructors:
Henry has experienced the transformative effect of meditation and pranayama in his own life and encourages others to develop these vital tools in theirs.

It is an exciting time to be alive when modern science is catching up with the ancient wisdom traditions, demystifying practices, and making them accessible to all who are willing.

Henry is a certified meditation teacher and has also completed his yoga teacher training with a Pranayama focus as well as his Masters of Pranayama certification under the guidance of Himalayan Yoga Master Yogrishi Vishvketu of the Adinãth lineage.

Henry has also studied traditional Yoga (asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation, philosophy), and more contemporary mindfulness and breath work practices with Sadguru, S. N. Goenka, Judith Kravitz, Dr. Itai Ivtzan, Dr. Mark Atkinson and Patrick McKeown amongst others.

His main source of guidance and inspiration comes from his dedicated self-practice.

Storm was born into a spiritual family, Storm’s name reflects the deep connection her parents had with the natural world. Drawn to sound and music from an early age, she embarked on a journey to explore their healing potential. She later qualified as a Sound Therapist and Sekhem Energy Worker, dedicating her practice to helping others access their innate healing abilities.

Her personal transformation began with the discovery of Himalayan Singing Bowls, whose vibrations played a key role in her recovery from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, after which she maintained a regular cycle. This experience deepened her passion for sound healing as a tool for personal growth.

Storm believes everyone has the power to heal themselves. Her sessions aim to foster self-awareness and inner balance, guiding participants toward their healing potential through the resonance of sound.

Storm’s work is inspired by her healing journey and the profound shifts she has witnessed in others.

### We look forward to creating a space for you to explore the synergy of Yoga, Sound, and Breathwork, and to guide you on your journey of self-discovery and healing.
