Breathwork Reset: Breathe, Recenter, Realign

You're invited into a peaceful, grounded space that welcomes you exactly as you are. Join us for a breathwork experience designed to help you release stress, reconnect to yourself, and realign with your truth and vision.

This is more than a practice. It's a reset point for your nervous system, your energy, and your clarity.

Whether you're a visionary, creative, leader, or simply navigating the waves of life, this is your space to breathe again.

What to Expect:

• Light introduction and guided grounding
• Conscious connected breathwork session (30–40 min)
• Optional journaling and gentle integration
• Community space for sharing (optional, no pressure)
• Zoom link provided after RSVP

What to Bring:
Find a quiet space, and bring:

• A yoga mat, blanket, or something comfortable to lie on
• Your water bottle
• A journal and pen
• Headphones (optional, but more immersive with the music)
• Anything that helps you feel cozy and supported (pillow, eye mask, essential oils, etc.)
• (Optional) Camera on during community time—it helps us feel more connected, like friends sharing space

Please arrive on time so we can begin together.

Contribution:
This session is offered by sliding scale donation.
Suggested: $10–40 (shared after RSVP)

If you're unable to donate, you're still welcome. Your presence matters, and we believe that when you are more grounded and present, you can show up better for yourself and others.

Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Joey.
Breathwork found me in 2023, during a season of searching—and became a way back to presence, clarity, and truth. In 2024, I began sharing it with others—creating space to pause, breathe, and reconnect to what really matters.

My background weaves through tech, entrepreneurship, creative exploration, and service. Over the past decade, I’ve learned to lead from both strategy and soul. Breathwork has become one of my most trusted companions along the way.

Each session is crafted with care and a little magic, designed to help you feel more grounded, more true, more alive, and more beautifully you.
